Sortis IQ LLC is a lead generator only. It is not a licensed insurance agent or broker and does not sell, underwrite, or bind insurance coverage. Any insurance products or quotes referenced in marketing materials are offered and administered solely by licensed Insurance Partners.

It is not a government entity, is not affiliated with or endorsed by any federal or state governmental agency, and is not HealthCare.gov or the federally facilitated Marketplace. Submission of information through the Services does not guarantee eligibility, approval, plan availability, pricing, or enrollment.
Sortis IQ LLC is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Services, including all source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos. Consent and lead-submission records may include the date and time of submission, IP address, user agent, device and browser information, form URL, landing-page version, ad or campaign identifier, lead source, button text, checkbox state, disclosure version, marketing partner list version shown at submission, and a copy or snapshot of the disclosure presented. These records are retained for a minimum of five years.
These Legal Terms remain in full force while you use the Services. Access may be denied or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Legal Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
